Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese exercise which focuses on slow movements and breathing. We're proud to say we are now offering classes at St Patrick's Green retirement village for the local St George community. Tai Chi is a low impact exercise, making it particularly suited to seniors who may have difficulty doing other exercises. It can help to better your balance, and as a result it can reduce your risk of falls and increase flexibility. This soothing exercise has also been known to lower anxiety and stress levels, to promote not only physical, but also mental, strength.
St Patrick's Green invites the Kogarah community to join our Tai Chi classes, presented by local instructor, John Chew.
