St Patrick's Green in Progress

Exciting developments are well underway at St Patricks Green – you will have noticed a lot of change if you are driving by the project on a regular basis. Have a look at the photos to see how much progress has been made. The demolition of the existing buildings and site works have commenced and are coming along at great speed. The building construction phase will progress in September due for completion in mid 2017.

Interest in the initial release of apartments has been strong with a number of local seniors reserving an apartment. It was fantastic to see our community start to take shape with potential residents getting an opportunity to get to know each at our first function. This ‘Meet Your Neighbour’ High Tea was held at St Brigid’s Green, Maroubra in May. There will be many more opportunities for all of us to get together. Our next resident functions are our Christmas in July luncheon and the blessing of the site in August.

If you are considering your retirement living options or thinking about downsizing from your family home we have a great range of apartment sizes and styles from $380,000. Don’t miss the opportunity to secure one of our fabulous apartments! Attend our upcoming event or book an appointment to hear more about what St Patrick’s Green is offering and how to secure an apartment.
